By booking or staying at Del Bosque Rentals, guests agree to follow the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests at Casa del Bosque and Villas del Bosque.
Reservations: Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required booking information and payment terms have been completed.
Check-In and Check-Out: Guests must follow the check-in and check-out times provided before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Guest Capacity: Guests must respect the maximum occupancy for each accommodation. Casa del Bosque accommodates up to 8 guests, and each villa at Villas del Bosque accommodates up to 6 guests.
Payments and Fees: Payment details, deposits, taxes, and any additional fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the booking channel, season, and reservation terms. Guests should review the applicable policy before confirming their stay.
House Rules: Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, community areas, and surrounding natural environment with care and respect.
Damages: Guests may be responsible for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay.
Pool and Shared Areas: Guests may use the shared community pool and common areas responsibly and at their own risk, following any posted or communicated rules.
Safety and Liability: Del Bosque Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, service interruptions, or activities booked with third-party providers.
Policy Updates: These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will apply to all new reservations and inquiries.
